Website html building and design for beginners, advanced and professional website creators

Creating a website can be hard work for those who are beginners. Creating a website that appeals to your customers or viewers and gets your point across or sells your product is even harder. Whether your a beginning website designer, an advanced website builder who designs as a hobby or a seasoned veteran who is a website designing professional, there are certain techniques that will give you the advantage of gaining and selling a websites material. Whether you know these tips or don't know how they work, I'm going to fill you in on the best ways to make your website the best it can be.

What kinds of websites get the most attention? HTML websites, which is your basic web design concept is still the most popular style of webpage and/or website. Why is html so popular? The search engines find it very easy to read the type of coding. You can create html websites in professional programs such as Dreamweaver or Microsoft Frontpage and also use simple html web designing software such as coffee cup designer or even notepad on your computer. Some of the programs offer drag and drop features where you have to use very minimal coding. A website where you don't have to use any coding is wix. Even Godaddy has their own online html editor or web software. If you're looking to make a profit off your website html (Hypertext Markup Language) is the top choice.

Another type of website style that has become popular is wordpress websites. Wordpress is more like a blog style website but also has a coding that search engines are interested in. Wordpress web designs allow you to download and upload themes to go with your topics, update information quickly and add a lot of app style links and plugins. If you're into adding information on a regular basis then wordpress might be for you. If you're just creating a website for showcasing a service or product html is easily found in the search engines quickly.

The next style of website that's used is flash animation. A flash animation website is very cool looking. A lot of people use flash animation to display a photo filled website or interactive website. Whether you agree with me or not Flash websites are not indexed as well as a standard wordpress or html website. It's fact that the search engines are not fond of flash websites. For your photography website, radio station website, video filled website, or interactive gameing website it looks amazing! It really does, don't get me wrong. HTML or wordpress style websites show up 5 times faster in Google Search or Yahoo search than a flash website does. For those of you creating websites for yourself or as a professional designer for a customer, selling their name or brand is seen much more as a coded website. (HTML / PHP / Wordpress)

Why aren't flash websites an internet selling point? 2 reasons why flash websites don't stand up to a normal coded website formula. Google robots and yahoo robots index your site according to the keyword activity and information available on your website. So if you have 10 words on your homepage that have to do with advertising, you will show up in more places on the web. If you have a title that has one keyword you need and the rest of the website is all flash video, the search engines will not care as much about the information you have. The bottom line is; product and service websites are most likely to be indexed into search engines and become top of the pages with html, wordpress or php script. PHP scripting is similar to html but has more advanced features to allow login pages, interactive systems for your website and customers.

Websites that contain crazy colors and layouts that hurt your viewers eyes are going to turn away hits and visitors. Create websites that don't hurt your eyes. You are almost guaranteed to keep people on a website at least a minute longer than you would with loud colors. Create layouts on your websites that flow with smooth colors and easy navigation. It's a natural setup to have a header, information in the center and your contact at the bottom. The best tip that any web designer ever gave me and IT WORKS is...... If you design a website and then go to navigate the final product and your eyes hurt after a few minutes, it's time to make adjustments. I promise you that easy colors and smooth layout will make your website successful. Viewers will enjoy what they see and come back. Another issue with flash websites is the constant loading of video and moving objects. People want information NOW! Nobody likes to wait in this day and age. It's so true, waiting on your paycheck, waiting in line at a store, waiting for a package. Many people want to know a quick way to get something. Make sure if you're using a website that loads items that they load fast! Your viewers will stay and not go away.

Last but not least include your basic meta tags in the website. In the title of your website whether you design it online with a web designer program or on your desktop make sure to add a name and a few keywords to that title. For example: Kevins Car parts should really be: Kevins Car parts Car accessories vehicle upgrades. Something along the lines of that idea. Make sure to have keywords that describe all the things you have or do. The more the better. You want to be found more than one place and you want to keep those viewers longer! I have 26 websites and all of them use this format and I keep viewers on almost all of them minutes longer than I originally did with louder colors.
